What types of commercial buildouts do you specialize in?
Pine Point Construction has experience in a wide array of commercial projects, including multifamily housing, ground-up construction, K-12, higher education, retail, and other commercial projects.
Which geographic areas in the Pacific Northwest do you serve?
We are primarily located in the Portland Metro area. We serve areas up and down the I-5 corridor, as well as certain areas in Eastern Oregon and towards the coast. Projects outside of the Portland metro area may involve travel costs.
What is your process for a typical buildout?
Our process begins with a consultation involving the owner, architect, and design partners. We establish a budget, align expectations, and develop a plan to complete the project efficiently. This includes collaboration throughout the design process with trade partners and managing the permitting process. We manage all phases, from construction to obtaining a certificate of occupancy, and assist with the installation of fixtures, furniture, and equipment. We also provide a one-year warranty on all aspects of the project.
How do you ensure quality control throughout the project?
We ensure quality through on-site supervision and a robust quality control process, in coordination with our design and trade partners.
Are you familiar with specific equipment infrastructure needs in medical, dental, and veterinary practices?
Yes, we have experience providing structural design and analysis to support overhead equipment and lights, as well as med gas and other specialized equipment. We also have experience with infection control in occupied medical facilities, coordinating with building occupants to ensure successful operations and the safety of their patients and customers.
What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms involve monthly draws based on the progress of completed work.
